Richard Cohn Principal
Mr. Cohn’s career in commercial real estate has spanned 20 years, and he brings extensive turnaround and property management experience to Commercial Realty Resolution.
Mr. Cohn began his career at Capital Vectors advising real estate developers, investment banks and insurance companies on the marketing of over $500 million of real estate securities. In 1988, Mr. Cohn joined New York-based developer, Rabco Development, where he gained valuable experience in originating and structuring loans, property management, dispositions and workouts. In 1993, he joined the Greater New York Savings Bank where he managed the workout process for a portfolio of over $120 million of distressed commercial mortgage loans.
In 1996, Mr. Cohn co-founded Saturn Realty Partners, LLC, a real estate finance, asset management, and investment firm. Mr. Cohn has directed the property management and leasing of one million square feet of office space, over 2,000 condominiums, cooperative and investment apartments, a 100-room hotel and a 325-car parking garage. Mr. Cohn has financed over $250 million of properties.
Mr. Cohn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the The Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.
