SET APPOINTMENT: Please have Castle rock set an appointment and advise me of the date and time. Any requests for appointments not between 9:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday will incur an overtime charge of $150 (to be paid in advance). Unless this is a life threatening condition, appointments usually require 21 days to schedule. Should you elect to set an appointment, and miss it, you will be charged a $75 trip charge, due our maintenance contractor, in advance upon his return visit. Also, with a set appointment, you must vacate your parking area for our maintenance contractor's vehicles.
